This location is 0.8 miles from my house. Ordered a chicken taco. 62°. It’s 110° outside. How is that even possible? Calling the health department on Monday. Atrocious. I’ll stick to the Jewel St location. At least the chicken isn’t raw, and it’s still hot when I get it home 2.7 miles away.

Atrocious. This is a new location and you would expect decent service. Absolutely far from the truth. Very rude teenagers that don’t care about quality of food, and don’t have any sense of urgency nor know anything about customer service. Wait time was more than 15 minutes for 3 single items and they still forgot items! Ridiculous they can’t even look at a screen.

I tried this place 3 times. Each time it was horrible. The manager is nice. The younger girl at the window is very nice. The cooks unfortunately suck. Every time. Last time I went all I asked for was steak rancheros, I asked for runny eggs. I got hard eggs. The girl even asked them just to be sure. The other two times it was suuuuper salty, and I added potatoes to a burrito, why was it mostly then potatoes? They need new cooks. Also, this is the ONLY Fili B’s I’ve ever been to that serves FROZEN potatoes? Wth? If you want better food Polibertos is not even a mile west on the left and they are consistent and friendly..
