This is probably the best 5Guys I’ve ever been to and that’s saying something. The franchise is great. This specific location is always super clean, the staff always greats you with a smile and is very attentive. Music is the right volume. My family has made it a common stop after church for lunch. They have a brand new fancy soda machine! And it is always incredibly clean at this Mt Airy location. You do have to wait a bit long for your food, but it’s always worth it. Favorite burger and fries ever.

I came in around 9:30 and i asked for a milkshake, a teenager in a black shirt took my order and when i asked for the milkshake he said there wasn’t any more, the two guys in the back of the kitchen told him that there still is, when my order was done he gave me the milkshake with a bad attitude and i wasn’t mad till i tasted it, and it tasted awful it wasn’t completely mixed and the whipped cream looked weird too
