Even though the food here is EXTRA DELICIOUS, I was here at 7am and it’s seems they were not ready for business. What alot of these latin food business establishments don’t realize is that there is a huge market of Latino workmen that need to eat from 5am to 9 am on the way to work. I ws lucky enough to there first in line and finally got waited on, but 5 Latino men got behind me and they all ended up leaving because the one lady on duty just wasn’t ready for business yet. There a 2 Swift gas stations on Wirt Rd that are ready to go at 5am(buffet and plenty of food ready with plenty of employees) and have a line of 20 Latino men in line and plenty of sitting rooms inside to eat. I have eaten at Laredo Taco company before and love their food, but this one needs to “get in program” , get ready for business. The sauce bar was completely empty when I was there at 7am,

This has been an ongoing issue for the past FIVE MONTHS. Restaurant hours at 9393 Longpoint Rd. Houston, TX is listed online as breakfast being served from 05:00 to 10:30 am. There have been more than 50% of the time gone, that there is no food to be served up. another 25% of the time, not all items are available. Other times, like today, the flour masa for tortillas is not made or was put in fridge “by mistake” and only corn tortillas are available. Multiple employees are rude and seem to need to find another job as customer service is not in their forte. One lady moves like molasses and is always with her earpiece in, either talking mess or just not having any kind of urgency. There is a male who simply does not care and always expresses a dislike of being there and simply does not care that it’s AFTER 5:30 am and still no product is available–never taking responsibility for being behind, always blaming it on someone else. This morning…. I walked in… over half the items were still not available–yet again. The employee working was a younger female(the one mentioned before, of always being on her phone). She stated that there were no flour tortillas because the “new guy” put the flour tortilla masa in the fridge, and she only had corn tortillas. I agreed as that was my only option. She was making migas at the moment, and continued to pour egg batter over the migas, three times, not once turning to put on any corn tortillas on the grill. I patiently waited as other customers came in and she let them know the dilemma of the morning. they were disappointed. what these employees do not realize is that we also have jobs to go to. I waited, PATIENTLY, for over 7 minutes and this lady STILL had not put any corn tortillas on the grill. No Urgency to do so, nothing…. Finally, after now 8 minutes of standing there….. I asked…. do the corn tortillas still have to be heated up, because I had to go. She stated, YES. still… not even attempting to put ANY tortillas on the grill with now 3 customers standing there waiting. She proceeded to take the pan out from the serving station and load the migas off the grill she had just finished making and started mixing up the other food she had already made…. still… not putting ANY tortillas to cook. —I had to leave with no breakfast in had due to lack of urgency on her part. its sad that the gas station employees are always so nice and greet one upon entry…. only to leave this location with bad service due to the kitchen employee’s lack of customer service and loathing of their job.

Ordered through Doordash, had to contact DD due to issues. Mains (1/2 chicken, pork carnitas & barbacoa) were just “ok,” … not “awful,” but just meh … definitely not worth ordering again. Sides, chips, & queso were, wrong &/or just not good. 3 plates, 2 sides each: ordered 4 servings of rice & 2 servings of refried beans; received: 1 serving of rice, 1 order of refried beans, 1 serving of what appeared to be (& tasted like) canned mixed veggies, 2 servings of what I think was supposed to be charro style beans & 1 serving of Mac & cheese … none had much flavor. Also ordered chips & queso … chips were noticeably stale & queso tasted like some kind of canned generic commercial queso facsimile … think really bad, old version of gas station queso made with a “cheese substitute.” All plates should have included sauces/salsas & tortillas … didn’t receive ANY of either. Had a 4.0 rating on DD … WAY too high… easily worst food I’ve ordered through door dash. Definitely won’t repeat!!
