Great pizza with some unconventional ingredients. If we lived in Portland, I could see this as a regular place in our restaurant rotation. I appreciated the seasonal ingredients alongside deep cuts, like Etxegarai cheese. They could’ve easily chosen a more conventional cheese but went with something distinct which was very much appreciated. One thing I realized with the pizza that I would like to call out is that the flavors apparently take some time to bloom. My wife and I had three slices each and the first and second wild good were nothing all that special. For whatever reason, the third slice hit with incredible deliciousness. If the whole pizza tasted like that last slice it would’ve been divine. So maybe give your pizza some time to rest on the plate before digging in. Ice cream was good too, but really the star of the show was the pizza.

Stopped in as we were grabbing a quick bite before heading out to the airport. I was craving good pizza and Lovely’s over delivered! We had communicated to our server that we were about to catch a flight and she was very helpful to make our experience quick and great. Got the pizza with roasted tomatoes, squash, and flowers – delightful! Would/will definitely return when looking for pizza in Portland. 12” pizza was big enough for two, in my opinion. Ice cream was alright .. I think the malted milk ball could be a little more malted. Nice to have the two in one place!

Definitely came here after we heard there was a Netflix special about the pizza, but this probably set us up for a bit of disappointment. While we enjoyed the starters a lot we thought both pizzas we got, the potato one and the morel mushroom one were good but seemed a little on the heavy side in terms of cheese and needed something else to contrast the heaviness of the carbs and fat. The best part was the crust, they do a fantastic job with the dough!

So glad we made the trip after seeing this spot on Netflix! The pizza was amazing, the crust is life changing! Topping were on point for the season and they have a couple ‘normal’ toppings in case you’re not adventurous.

What a fantastic experience. Staff was kind, happy to engage with questions, and detail oriented. Loved my cucumber gaspacho soup. Tasted three different pizzas and they were all striking beautiful, uniquely flavored, but still an obvious comfort food. Don’t sleep on the vanilla bourbon ice cream.

If you appreciate GOOD pizza, don’t walk, run here! My husband and I search near and far for quality like lovely’s. The crust and ingredients are perfection. We enjoyed the fennel sausage and porcini pizzas and topped off our meal with two scoops of their ice cream. Thank you Lovely’s for the A+ experience!
