Great place! Food is well prepared and of good quality! We had a fresh, light meal of the crab nachos and side House salads. The crab nachos were very refreshing. Cool temperatured ingredients such as Pico, cucumbers, and cool fresh crab. Lightly dusted with old bay, just the right amount. Not overpowering. Definitely enough for two people. Plenty of nearby parking and place to go while waiting for your ferry. Dine inside or outside.

This is my first time at this restaurant and it will also be my last. We ate outside (big mistake) there were flies and gnats EVERYWHERE. All over the food and on my body nonstop. The burger I ordered came out wrong (after waiting 25 minutes for it). I sent it back, and it took another 30 minutes for a new one to be sent out. Tia, our waitress was possibly new or having a bad night because she was forgetful and unattentive.

I hate leaving 2 stars but the food quality has gone down since our first visits several years ago. Our family used to like it so much that we would go multiple times during our 1 week stays. The service and atmosphere are still great however the food isn’t what it once was. Honestly, it was rather poor. I hope they can turn it around because they have the best view in Lewes.

Very nice location with decent food. Those in our party loved the grilled cheese and lobster roll. My hula bowl didn’t have any flavor (whatsoever). I asked for extra sauce and that made a huge difference. The servers (and other customers seated near us) were very friendly. Overall, it was a nice experience in a charming city with an amazing view.

My girl and I were looking for something to do, we hopped the ferry out of Cape May over to Lewes to Grain on the Rocks and sat at the outdoor bar for hours. Drank, ate, laughed and had the best time. Highly recommend!

Great place to sit and relax with great views. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Outside offers view of the Cape-May Lewes Ferry and Cape Water Tours & Taxi boats. Menu has something for everyone, prices are reasonable and portions are good. If you sit at the bar they do have happy hour specials during the week.

the food has changed to the worse over the last 2 or 3 visits. meager portions at high prices, and quality of menu items lacking. shrimp tacos we always good. today it was 3 or 4 shrimp and shredded raw cabbage, that’s it. also had the chicken salad sandwich, but we got a sandwich that you could barely see the chicken salad between the slices if bread. the only plus was the waiter we had, very nice and efficient. it will be a while before we come back.

Really nice time at Grain. GUITAR DON was very entertaining. Nice selection of craft beers. Had appetizers. Very tasty. The Ribeye Special looked huge and delicious.

Good food, good drinks, friendly staff and a nice view. The orange crush is a refreshing summer drink and the crab nachos are delicious. If you’re having food I wouldn’t recommend sitting outside the flys will swarm your meal.
