This was a train wreck. Not only was the person who waited on us was so high I’m not sure how he understood anything we said. Our sandwiches were cold and the buns were hard as a rock. Beware of the “unwich” unless you really like lettuce. I ordered a BLT which came with 2 pieces of cold rock-hard bacon, 2 tiny tomatoes and the thinnest slice of flavorless cheese ever. It tasted like lettuce with more lettuce. However, I can say the lettuce was at least fresh. This was the worst meal we have ever had and we basically set $30 on fire! Avoid this location. The restaurant was dirty, tables were dirty. I can’t stress enough how bad it was. My daughter could not finish her sandwich due to the lack of toppings, the lack of cheese and the stale bread literally choked her.

LarderRoom…Jimmy John’s #7 SPICY EAST COAST ITALIAN (DOUBLE GENOA SALAMI, DOUBLE CAPICOLA & DOUBLE CHEESE hot peppers, sauce, onion, lettuce, tomato & easy mayo (GUTTED) Boom. Good as it gets! Add extra peppers and it’s a winner! I’m being fair with my review since my visit was before a huge concert and they were extremely busy. It was packed. Super busy. Staff was friendly. Food was good. My order was not right but it was so busy, we ate it anyway.

It was a very busy evening with only 2 employees. Wait was approx 45 min. And the cashier wearing gloves was also helping make sandwiches without changing gloves. Order was wrong and food awful. They were friendly and extremely busy.

For being across from the nationwide arena you’d think they’d be more prepared for when events are going on. Absolutely horrible customer service. Ran out of bread, salami, & cookies. That was just when we were there an hour before the event! Who knows what else they are going to sell out of. Also extremely unorganized. Weren’t giving customers receipts. Weren’t even giving them the option to ask for them. 3 different people were calling out the sandwich number instead of the customers name. Bathrooms were a disaster. Overall horrible experience I don’t even want to give 1 star.

6 of us went here the night of a cbj hockey game. Unfortunately not many seats. People were standing waiting for tables. As soon as we were finished we gave our seats to another family. Other people who were there before us still sat and chatted while people stood and waited for a empty table.

Only place we could find without a ridiculous wait. We were going to nationwide stadium for a concert. I was impressed at how the workers hustled to wait on everyone waited on and served!! Great team work and very friendly! The food was pretty good but a bit pricey. I’d go back if we’re ever out that way again!

We ordered two sandwiches online for pickup including a Bootlegger Club which is roast beef & turkey. Arrived at the store to find two employees standing around doing nothing. Gave the name and was told by one of them that he would make the order. Isn’t the whole point of online ordering is that it is ready for pickup upon arrival? Why are these guys standing around when there is clearly an order to be made? In any case, we took the order home to find that the Bootlegger Club was made completely wrong as it was a sandwich made with ham, bacon, and cheese. And of course, this is all after we added a tip at the time of ordering. I wish this was an isolated incident but unfortunately this is indicative of how Jimmy John’s service and quality has gone from “Freaky Fast” and “Freaky Fresh” to “Shockingly Substandard”. A couple of weeks ago at a different location (which was severely understaffed), I heard an employee ask another whether “there is anywhere else to eat in this city.” Maybe he forgot that he doesn’t have a job unless there are customers. So sorry for inconveniencing you. Guess I will have to spend my money elsewhere.
