I came into this location yesterday and bought an egg-normous burrito and it wasn’t made to my specifications. I called the store talked to the manager and and was told to come back either then or today to get a new one for free. While I went there today I just mentioned my name and a new right away who I was told me to pull around to the side and they would make a nice good fresh one for me. Well I live across the street and by the time I got home open up the bag and started eating it I realized it was everything I anticipated and more. They did an excellent job on redeeming my order and I surely appreciate it. Again thank you!

If I could leave a negative star for this place I would. Got there at 5pm on a Saturday, they were completely dead no one in the drive through and no one inside. Drove up into the drive through and sat there for about 15 minutes. A truck then pulls up behind me and I still sat there for about 5 minutes. Got extremely frustrated and decided to try and call them. They then didn’t answer the phone. I decided to pull up to the window and the second I got to the window the employee started taking the person in the trucks order completely ignoring the fact that I was there. I then asked to speak to a manager and all he had to say was “we can’t take orders at the window.” At that point I said I’ll take my business elsewhere. The employees and management is a complete joke and we will never go there again.
