Nestled on the corner, is an amazing surprise. Having spent much time in Mexico (not tourist Mexico) this place brings back amazing memories of Monterrey, Guadalajara, and Aguascalientes. The food was amazing and the service genuine and delightful. We were passing through and it was an amazing Father’s Day dinner. Don’t miss this place.

I placed an order here rather than the Mexican spot in the corner from where I live just because I knew their rice was super delicious, but unfortunately it’s not the same they are using some cheap rice that no longer has a wholesome taste. Very disappointed as that is the only reason I picked this spot over the other.

Small casual spot with traditional Mexican vibes. Choice of indoor or outdoor tent seating. Street parking. Not busy on a Weds night. Quick service and vegetarian options available. Excellent cheese enchiladas, loved the red sauce. You can BYO tequila or wine and they will mix it with their sangria or margarita mixes (note to self for next time). There’s a liquor store a few steps away. Also loved the jalapeño side. Ask for the hot sauces, the red one has a spicy kick and the green one tastes like cilantro chutney. Good experience overall and would come back.

I’ve been meaning to check this place out for some time and finally did. I’m so glad I did too! The staff was so nice and their food was out of this world. They are BYOB and they have a kids menu. We sat inside which is very small but they have a nice outside area too. I will deff be back!

So good! Love this local spot, so cozy and the food is amazing! We had the empenada entree and the chicken burrito without the tortilla. Both were delicious! We also had the chicken enchiladas with mole sauce and plaintains that were also very good (not pictured). Staff is friendly and food comes out promptly!

Food is excellent. Not too spicy with TONS of flavor. Service is ok but owners are nice and involved which def helped. The beef is awesome and tender I recommend the beef nachos and the carnitas empanadas which were AMAZING homemade and flakycrispy with tender juicy pork inside. The enchiladas were ok and the mole was good if that’s ur thing but looking forward to going back and trying other things on menu soon!
