I clearly listed all the items I didn’t want on my sandwich which is listed at the top. I’m lactose intolerant I cant have cheese at all they put cheese all over my food. All could eat was the fries and my drink my strawberry lemonade. I will not order from this location ever again they don’t follow instruction at all!!!!!!

I love Charley’s so much, one of the best fast food places ever, but this stores employees are terrible. The workers were constantly zoning out, they were ignoring me and my dad as we were ordering with them, they gave me the wrong order, and lastly they had the worst attitude. I was attended by a worker tonight at 9:19, a teenage girl named Ariana. Hopefully the staff is trained better in the future.

Placed order for pickup at 4. Cashier was extremely rude to me when she couldn’t find the order. Tried to hand me a different order name saying it should be mine or “you probably picked the wrong location” despite showing the email confirming this location. Despite order being selected for pickup at 4 they said they would not receive the order until 4. I got here 7 mins before 4 to pickup the order. I have never been to a Charley’s and had such a disrespectful crew. Will be going 20 min out of my way next time I want Charley’s to avoid the disrespect. I do not believe in the customer is always right mentality but the total lack of care or even attempt to talk to me like a person was unbecoming. Food was wonderful though.

My experience as a dine in customer was amazing. I order my food and found a seat and my food was brought out to me wishing 5 mins. Customer service was amazing, I received service and smile and contentment. Wait time for my food was amazing. The food itself was phenomenal. I ordered the regular Philly cheesesteak sandwich meal with a watermelon lemonade and it was cooked and made with perfection. The regular Philly cheese steak sandwich had an amazing cheese pull and the watermelon lemonade was refreshing. The fries was crispy with a hint of salt just like I like it. I would definitely make Charley’s my go to spot.

What is the point of having a drive-through if they always park you? Let me see how backed up You are to decide if I feel like waiting. Placed my order in the drive-through and was asked to park I was the third car. My fries were lukewarm, and my sandwich was made incorrectly , I asked for no lettuce add ranch the girl who brought me the sandwich took it back inside and I see the person just scrape the lettuce off and he even left pieces of lettuce on the sandwich land then he doused it in too much ranch. the staff wasn’t very friendly. They asked me to wait even when I pulled up to place my order. Lots of waiting I think they are better in malls with no drive through where you stand over them and see tell them what you want on your sandwich.
