Service was good. Apps were good, but i wasn’t a fan of the wings at all. Guac was amazing. Main food was good, except shrimp and rice were not seasoned. Fries and burger were exactly what i expected! Everything was overall cooked well and the mud pie was amazing!

I loved eating at this spot during my stay at the Fairmont Orchid. There’s no requirement for a reservation, which I appreciated since I was jet lagged and was not certain about a dinner time for myself early in the trip. It has a great view of the ocean. The food came out fast and each meal was delicious! Jackie was my server each night, and he was awesome. The service was swift, fun, and he had great recommendations. Had Ono fish the first night and fish tacos the second night. Food was fresh and very tasty. Definitely recommend going here!

We ended up eating here many times during our week long stay at the Fairmont Orchid. Service was always amazing and the view over lunchtime was great. We loved the fish sandwich and the burger was great as well. The chicken banh mi was alright but would recommended the burger or fish sandwich instead.

One of the only food options at the Fairmont orchid. The food is consistently good but could take a very long time from the time you place the order to the time you receive your food. For us it was 45 minutes. Considering there was a way to sit down, I wasn’t really prepared for a 2-hour meal when we just wanted something quick to eat.

So disappointing. The service was absolutely horrible, 5-6 servers standing around (where the 5-6 servers spent majority of their night). We sat our own party of 8 (no problem) for dinner. When we were ready to order drinks, I had to get up and walk over to ask our server to come over, after trying to waive him down did not work. Not friendly, what’s so ever. Once we ordered and served our blended drinks (they were good, just not for me) I asked for a glass of wine instead, after 2 sips of my blended drink (my husband was going to drink mine). The server told me he would bring me a glass of wine once I drank 1/2 of my blended drink down first! WTH? He didnt even ask me if my drink was ok or if there was a problem with it. Then we ordered apps. The Chips/salsa was a joke, the smallest portion ive ever seen (cereal bowl size of chips for $20) and super small pieces of pita bred w/the hummus ($20). Definitely not worth the $. They had one specialty item not on the menu – 5 coconut crusted shrimp as an entre. Our server did not mention a a word about it being habanero hot! After we told him and the manager, no offer to make it right. We had even asked for a sauce to go with the shrimp- he said the only thing they had or could give us was ranch or BBQ sauce.

Good service – friendly staff. Ok beer selection. Great fish tacos. Limited food selection. What they do have is good though. Recommend the fresh daily catch ciabatta bun sandwich, fish tacos and ahi poke. Items removed from menu when Hotel gets busy – not sure if this is a regular occurance.

Amazing views from this beach restaurant! Jordan served us and was friendly and attentive! Our food came very quick. Who doesn’t love a signature Mai Tai and some Mahi Mahi fish tacos! Great way to kick off an amazing vacation! I have met Jose behind the bar several times and always check in to see how he’s doing. He makes you feel at home and like family. Jose is an amazing person.
