I had a door dash order and it was so hot in there it was pathetic, I felt super sorry for the poor workers who have to work in that, the owner should be ashamed to treat their workers so poorly especially when it’s summer time and already hot. The sad part was it was cooler outside than it was inside, you wouldn’t be able to stand eating inside honestly. Treat your workers better jets

I made an online order and picked up the order in the store. My order was NOT ready at the time I was given for it to be ready. I had to sit out front with my 2 tired, hungry, kids for close to 20 minutes. Other than that and the small lack of communication my food was Great!! Amazingly flavorful! I plan to return I just wish there was an easier way to communicate the timeline.

The deep dish pizza here is identical to what I could buy at Pizza City on Cross Bay Blvd in New York over 50 years ago. I wish I could give this place 50 stars….if you don’t believe me, try it. You will never again buy pizza from any other franchise. If you have Sicilian roots, you’ll like it even more.

Nice place. Pizza selections were good. We got the Detroit Style, crust was great, forgot to ask for light sauce, but it was still good. Tables could’ve used a wipe down, but there was only one guy working so I understand. I’d definitely go back to try the sandwich offerings.

The pizza was great. Our delivery guy was fantastic. However, we received a $25 dollar voucher for Jet’s Pizza. The voucher specifically stated, “Have it delivered”. When we called this store to redeem the voucher, they stated it was for pick-up only.

Ordered ar 6pm for a 7pm pickup, assumed it would be late so didn’t show up till 715, still had to wait 23 more mins. 38 mins behind scheduled pickup. almost positive they didnt start it until i arrived. Ridiculous if you ask me.
