I went in on 4/14 for my father B-day. First time to this place……Bad idea. The cook and waitress messed up on my order twice. I have had Hreat experience at other Mariscos Costa Azul but not this one. Even though Eli the manager for this site did her best to make my experience a Good one…….I am very upset that I did not eat with my family for my Father B-day. I will never visit this Mariscos Costa Azul Place would rather go to Fresno for there tasty food.

So many things awful about this place! The waitresses are horrible. They never bring refills unless you ask. We had to TWICE! The only thing they’re good at is sitting on their counter and on their phones. The food is awful and over priced. I’m surprised with the amount of money they get they can’t buy new chairs or tables that look and feel nicer. We’ve been there about 3 times now the first was amazing this was about 2 months ago. The waitress would bring us refills and the food was great. The second time about 3 weeks ago the waitress we had before was not there. So we never got refills and I asked for a tostada of mango and no where on there did it say spicy. I’m telling you once I took a bite out of this OMG my mouth was numb. It was a waste of 14 dollars. The third time which was today the food again awful I didn’t even finish it no refills unless asked for and the bacon was not even cooked we told them about they took it back and when they brought it back still not cook!!!! Don’t go unless you plan on just eating sea food which is about the only decent thing there.

Went here for my first time. Ordered the green enchilada beef combo. The green sauce was very light and runny. The taste was just ok. Not the best I’ve had. The waitress was not rude but wasn’t very friendly.

My experience was horrible.. First of all both waitresses that were working didn’t know the prices or the sizes of beer on the displayed sign.. when we told them what it said they argued with us saying they didn’t know and that’s all they have.. I asked her, ” well who knows ..aren’t you suppose to know ..you work here right.. ” she said” No, I just started”.. In my experience with working in customer service, you don’t argue if your wrong first of all, and your not suppose to be rude.. And know your information.. I was more upset that she was arguing back.. If the sign says something then that’s what we should get..
