Just wanted to thank you for the great start to our day. A group of 13 of us were there at 9am sharp for breakfast this morning, all starving and super excited for some awesome food. We were happy when our waitress told us that they were going to just bring out the food as it got done so nobody’s food had to sit and get cold. Two people at our table got their food, twenty minutes later another three people got theirs, about thirty minutes later three more got theirs. We are now almost an hour in and had several starving kids watching half of the table eat. Ten more minutes go by and we ask our waitress if she could check on the kids food for us. 5 minutes later she comes out with food for two of the four who didn’t yet have their food. Now it is just my husband and I and our 2 and 3yr old boys who have been sitting there for well over an hour watching everyone else eat. 15 more minutes go by and out waitress comes out with food for the table next to us that came in after us. She apologized profusely and said that she moved our ticket up several times and the cook just kept putting it to the back of the line. She said that he was now working on tickets for the rest of the customers who came in after us and had already ordered and she didn’t know when he would be starting on ours. Really? How does that even happen??
