I ordered the royal chicken sandwich no royal sauce add mayo. It came with no tomatoes no pickles and grayish black lettuce. I get being out of certain things but communicate that I wouldn’t have gotten the sandwich if I couldn’t have gotten it all the way I like the tomatoes pickles and lettuce I feel it makes the sandwich. But the bad lettuce if I didn’t check my sandwich I would have eaten this and possibly gotten sick like why not just toss the lettuce. Also They never give receipts they don’t even ask if you want it so I couldn’t do a survey so I’m doing a public review

Grandmother went through the drive thru for me and my children and herself after she got off work this evening. Was around 9PM. Ordered a whopper meal, 2 chicken fries meals, and a chicken jr. She then paid, and pulled to the next window. Where she proceeded to wait….without being acknowledged or helped…for 15 minutes!!!! 2 ladies seen her sitting there, a younger girl and a older female. Then, after 15 minutes, the what she presumed to be the manager (a younger white male) comes up to the window and asks what she wants???? She then informs him she’s waiting for her order where he then asks her…”What order?” He then ran back to the kitchen when she explained she already paid and everything, made the order and then came back to the window with it, where he then very rudely handed it to her, very smugly. He was extremely rude and didn’t even apologize for her wait or them losing the order completely. My grandmother is in her 80s…she was exhausted from work and this just ruined her evening.

I was very disappointed in the service I received tonight. I ordered a head using the Burger King app. It took 15 minutes to receive my order because the staff was playing around and talking to each other. I had to go to the front counter and tell them that I was here for pick up for them to finally give me my food. When I arrived home, I was missing some of my order items and tried calling the location 3 times and no one answered. I am very disappointed that I spent my money here and I will not be returning back to this location.

I am not the biggest fast food fan ever but my kids love this place. Their playground has reopened and it is awesome. Something for children of all ages and sizes. Dining room has reopened and is very clean and social distancing and masks seem to be working here. Even the outside area. Lady at the counter was very friendly and welcoming. Bathrooms have always been super clean
