Had a great Arby’s cheese and beef deluxe with fries. Nice area to eat with friend. Just very cold. Air conditioner was set too cold. We were happy to go out in the heat. Loved the place ❤️ will go again

We had a nice meal but noticed that someone put through a duplicate amount on my credit card without my card. When I called on Monday, July 17, 2023, I spoke to a manager who not only wasnt helpful, but rude and yelled at me. I wanted her to know that perhaps someone there had used my card number to pay for an order. She was very rude and hung up on me. Not good PR.

Ordered two of the American roast beef sandwiches they weren’t very good. They had too much sauce, so the roast beef slid out of the bun while we tried to eat it.

Never again at this one! Some items on their menu board were discontinued which we didn’t find out until ordering it. Take them off then or put out a sign!! Meat for the prime rib sandwich was gray that was taken out of the cooler, my husband saw it. Told me…we left. Yuck. Pretty sure the fries would have been old too. Nothing new being made in the fryer just ones under heat lamps looking dried out.
