Up from Florida, visiting family. Called in a pizza order. When I went to pick up, they made one of the pizzas wrong. Whomever took the order got it correct on the receipt, so the person who made it messed up! So I had to wait for a new one to be made. He did give me the mistake pizza for free to make up for it, so that was nice! They were very tasty, with plenty of toppings – but could have baked for about 3 minutes more, a little doughy and very pale crust…. but will be good in the toaster oven tomorrow when crisped up a little more!

Placed my order over an hour ago. They said they delivered it to the wrong address. However, we haven’t seen a single delivery car in our neighborhood. We’ve been watching. When I called, they said they couldn’t remake my order because they don’t have enough workers. Offered me store credit or a refund. Obviously took the refund because now I have to find food somewhere else. Meanwhile everywhere else is closed because they took so long to communicate the status of my order to me. Just really disappointed with the lack of efficiency, communication and quality of service.

I recieved my pizza from door dash and it came like this?! This shows that the crust does not align with the piece next to it but yet the slices are adhered with cheese. The only thing I can think of is that they mashed another pizza if not more with mine and sprinkled some cheese on it to make it seem like it’s the same pizza. That is absolutely disgusting!!! Will not be ordering from here again and I suggest for sanitation reasons you shouldn’t either

Lately the pizza have not been the best they are slacking on the toppings and sauce. I ordered extra toppings only to get the bare minimum. Yesterday it took 45mins for a medium pizza that’s bad when it normally takes 15mins for 2 large and 2 mediums. Please get it together

This is my usual PH that I order from and it’s really hit or miss sometimes I always order extra sauce with light cheese on my pizza and most of the times I end up with more cheese than sauce so it’s usually backwards. Even when calling in the order to make sure it’s made correctly I am rushed off of the phone or the person specifically a woman (don’t know her name) sounds like they don’t want to be at their job.

Ordered at 9 pm and pizza was delivered ice cold at 11:30 pm. After the quoted time I called the store who stated they were down to 1 driver. I understood but told the girl as long as it was hot when it gets here. Called 30 minutes later and they said the guy took my delivery but was even long than that before getting to me. Long wait and cold pizza!

I don’t know what is going on with these employees! The care of serving people their food correctly and freshly is not there! I gave this location more than three chances to make it right and tonight was the third night! After my husband eats his cheese pizza he throws up, due to the pizza was not cooked all the way! I called them to inform them what took place, and the kids answer the phone and didn’t have any care of the world about what took place! I asked him to let me speak to his manager. Let’s just say, I have been on hold! Will update the result!

Placed order for carry out… Was told 30 – 35 minutes. Go in to pick pizza up in 30 minutes. My husband paid for the order then was told it would be another 30 – 35 minutes because they apparently got short handed and slammed after I ordered. I talked to someone named Mariah that was totally rude/disrespectful and she hung up on me. I called back and spoke to the general manager on duty. I told her we should at least get a discount. I couldn’t get a word in at that point. She said she would cancel the order. I told her not to as we had already been waiting an hour….she hung up on me. My husband went in to pick the pizza up. They handed him a refund receipt and had canceled the order. Our pizza had less than 10 minutes to be ready at that point. It was already in the oven. The staff at this location definitely need to be trained on timing and customer service.

We live 2.4 miles away from this place and we “live out of their delivery zone”… Seriously… Called the Jefferson store, which is 6 miles away… They don’t deliver either. Oh well… Domino’s it is. Get it together Pizza Hut!
