I had the best experience with Mel today. I went into this location several months ago for lunch and Mel accidentally spelled my name wrong. When I was in that day I noticed how Mel was smiling and laughing and generally seemed to enjoy her job. Today when I was in she made a comment about spelling my name incorrectly and it reminded me of my last visit. I had completely forgot about that until today. It touched me that she remembered me. She just seems like a great employee. When she isn’t helping someone at the counter she does an excellent job of cleaning the lobby too. She’s awesome!

Worst experience I have EVER had at a fast food restaurant EVER!! Placed the order and pulled forward the mam with me went to pay and the girl dropped the change and it landed on the ground. So she said I need more money I don’t have enough and he said I gave you the correct amount and you dropped it. She said well I don’t have enough and you need to give me more money and he said we’ll your the one who dropped it and she said we’ll you can pick it up (we are in the drive-through and you can’t open up the door to get out) and he said no, I paid you, you can come out and pick it up and he then said fine and gave her change AGAIN and SHE dropped it AGAIN!!!! Sooooo here we go AGAIN, she would wanted more money AGAIN and at that point I told him just get our money back and leave, we’re not paying or eating here!!. She would not give the money back, she called the manager over who had no idea what was going on and started yelling at US!! All we want is our money back so we can leave!! That was the rudest and most unprofessional staff that I have EVER came across!!

This location is very nice. We asked to have our Crispy Chicken sandwiches to be cooked to order it will take a couple minutes but it’s worth the wait. It was no problem. The sandwiches were hot and delicious! It was very clean, well stocked and friendly service. Gave us large senior drinks for a dollar too. Highly recommend it.

Stopped on a road trip, so don’t frequent it, but the food was fresh and it was clean inside. The bathroom door lock didn’t work, so it kept opening while I was using it, and the guy at the counter mumbled and I felt bad having to ask him to repeat himself. Overall though, not a bad experience. I’d stop there again.
