Tonight was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. The drive thru worker was argumentative when we asked if we could split our orders, they flat out said “no.” And we continued to order, no big deal. Then, they were argumentative when they got our order incorrect. It turned out that they ran out of what we wanted and almost didn’t tell us. When we got home we realized that 2 items were missing. They didn’t give us a receipt, so there’s no way to ask for a refund. On top of all that, the food we did get was substandard. Just look at what they did to my friend’s taco. The beans are on the outside…

This place allowed the woman in the window to swipe my card and hold on to it until I left basically … I watched her swipe my card and then walk around inside for what seemed like forever then finally come back and give me my card they had no explanation why this happened … Fast forward to the next two days to be exact out of nowhere I get a charge on my card again from TACO BELL for an outrageous amount AND I DEFINITELY DIDN’T EVEN GO TO TACO BELL THAT DAY. This tells me that they are illegally swiping cards and stealing people information doing skimming operations here y’all watch out they are shady …. SMH

Definitely the most consistent Taco Bell I’ve lived near. Never had an order messed up, they always give me enough of the right kind of sauce, and the people that work there are very nice. Always my go to spot when I’m too dead after work to cook dinner.

fun in a bun
The cashiers pretend that the lobby basically doesn’t exist. I’m guessing that there theory is if they ignore all of the lobby customers they’ll eventually get fed up and go away. They’re not wrong. I’m a doordasher and a customer at times and in both situations I was not served at all. I wish I could talk more about there personal customer service, but I don’t think out of the five times I’ve been there I’ve ever been able to actually speak to one of them.

Prices for what you get are outrageous anymore. Can’t even get a nacho Supreme anymore and a nacho bell grande is almost 6$. Six dollars for some tortilla chips, meat, cheese, tomatoes and a plop of sour cream. Nothing against this taco bell personally.
