Nice and clean facility. Food was ok. I ordered fried dumplings and vegetable fried rice. The servers were really cute dressed in their kimono outfits . Honestly, I have and much better tasting Japanese food. Staff was friendly so that makes up for the not so great food.

My family and I enjoyed a great dining experience at Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse. I ordered the Teppan Yaki Shrimp & Chicken Dinner which included a bowl of the house soup (delicious) and a garden salad. The food was cooked fresh on the grill in front of us. Everything was so delicious. Our chef, Kyung, was excellent. He was very proficient and talented. The restaurant was very clean and beautifully decorated. I would definitely recommend it to others and look forward to my next visit.

We have been coming here since about 2005 as a Christmas Eve family tradition. On this particular visit, the waitress was very slow and only filled our glasses once. The cook did well at entertaining our group. Somehow, he managed to burn at least two of the eggs in the fried rice.

Food was good. Server rushed through our order assuming what we wanted. Waited a while to get our tab, then was given the wrong card back. Cancelled our card and they were trying to run our declined card in the back.

Decided to have a family dinner. I’ve been to numerous Japanese restaurants. This was not good at all. The rice, imitation yum yum sauce, the shrimp and scallops were not so good at all. That food is not Japanese food. Our chef was unenthusiastic prepping the meal and creating an experience. The manager catered to the one family at the table when the waitress disappeared leaving piles of dishes on our table. I was not happy for my family’s experience. Please avoid this place if your looking for a hibachi experience. On a good note the house ranch for the salad was ok. Never again.

Was okay, the soup and salad was the best part. Got the steak, chicken and shrimp meal with fried rice and veggies. Definitely not enough seasoning on the meat at all. Was totally plain. Same for the fried rice. Was also expecting sushi, come to find out…there is no sushi chef right now and hasn’t had one for over a month. So no sushi for those who want some. Will not be returning to this restaurant. Thanks, but no thanks!

The food is fresh and tasty. They have a larger variety of vegetables than many restaurants in the region, and my kids love the hibachi grill show. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is usually less crowded than its sister restaurant down the street.
