Me and my mom stopped at this Panda for having lunch. It was quite packed, and a lot of options were not available. I usually love to get mixed greens instead of rice, but they said they don’t have it. Even in other entrees also, they ran out of many options! However, we got our plates with fried rice and noodles, etc. just another, very usual Panda Express. I would have been happier if they would have everything that I was looking for. More of less, the location was clean and the service was prompt.

Picked up a family meal to take home, but upon opening my “premium charge” honey walnut shrimp I discovered a beef and broccoli substitute. Fortunately the service was good, and the employees were nice. It’s just a let down when my favorite part of the meal is the one that was incorrect.

I would recommend for anyone to drive 15-20 minutes out of the way instead of going to this location. I purchased a family feast, and I waited well over 20 minutes for the food to not be prepared adequately. The boxes were half full, and the food was room temperature at most. I asked for a refund, and I was told “we don’t give refunds at this location” by the “manager Doreen”. That title should easily be removed. Additionally, previous reviews exemplified that refunds are given just as the company website too proves so. Anywho, this was the most distasteful and disturbing encounter that I’ve ever experienced. Go here at your own risks. Please know that the Lord Farquaad/ Sheneneh Jenkins manager will not resolve your issue.

I visited this location for the first time. It’s located just next to Walmart. They were out of a lot of things. I ordered penance chicken, noodles and black pepper chicken. Food was good. Customer service was good. I would say the food price are pocket friendly.

I ordered the beef and broccoli plate with an egg roll. They only give you 3 very small bits of meat and it tasted like liver instead of beef. The rice was hard and not done at all and the egg roll was not good either. I was not satisfied at all and I will never return here again.

My total score is (0) for my visit on 02/27/2023. I have been a customer at Panda Express Winchester and Collierville since they open at least three time a week. My experience was terrible, hair in my food, and drink spills all over the floor. The cashier was waiting on the customer and cashing them out at the same time. After I showed the cashier the hair in my food, she made a comment that she didnt know who hair that could be, and that I had ate most of the food up. I only ate a few bites and there lye a piece of long hair under my beef and broccoli. The Manager (Doreen) was aware of the issue, but continue to cook the food in the kitchen area, and made me wait until all (10) customers in line was served and checked out before she came to the register to refund my cash. She never apologized for this issue, just asked for my receipt, open the register paid my cash and walked the hell away. I will never visit Panda again. Panda thank you for showing me your customer appreciation!!!
