Haven’t been here in years. Used to live half a mile away so I frequented them. Everything was reheated to a crisp but not even hot. Almost inedible. Everything looked and tasted burnt and was super dry throughout which makes me think it was reheated and then sat again for some time. Maybe they’re too slow to stay in business so they can’t sell the food they prepare fast enough and don’t want to waste it so it comes out not fresh… I’m speculating but it just isn’t gonna work. The lady working was nice!

I was asked to pull up before 7pm we are now at 740pm, 2 people who walked in for 10 mins while im waiting walked out with orders and truck at window rolls off , then employee walks out to car and ask what am i waiting on. To make matters worse, they are out of sides that i was suppose to have and tea and lemonade. This is the most unorganized group i have ever seen. The morning manager runs tight ship, maybe she ought to be the night shift…… ridiculous

Love the food here but the drive thru is just terrible.I had to wait on food but when they brought it out no salt, pepper, butter or ketchup. No fork or napkins . I ordered cheese on grits didn’t get it. How hard is it ?

I went through the drive through , I ordered a dinner with dirty rice, they took my order, drive up and paid. A few minutes later the guy came back and said, we are out of dirty rice. I feel like he should have known that when he was taking my order. They gave me potatoes and gravy, which was very dry. I may try this place again , I am undecided.

Worst food I ever ate. Bacon was mushy. Biscuits had a funky taste and drive through service person just shoves the bag to you and closes the window. Rude , didn’t even say thank you. Always out of food. Terrible location

Visited the Bojangles today and when I pulled up to the drive thru, I was greeted with a very lazy voice on the intercom. I told the young lady what I wanted and she was very uninterested in talking to me, so much so I had to say something to her when I got to the window. I have worked in customer service before and I know sometimes you have to fake it till you make it. I asked her was the chicken fresh. She said yes, so I proceeded with the order. This restaurant never, I mean never has any cars in line. I have never went there and saw anybody except for the ones that work there. We decided that we would give them a try anyway. We were impressed because they had a 90 health score, so surely everything would be ok. Once I got to the window, the young lady told me the total. I knew it was her that took my order and I asked her of she was ok. She smiled and said yes, she was just tired. This is when you hear crickets because there was no other cars around and once again there are never any here. I wonder how they are still in business really. Nevertheless we got our chicken and yes it was cold. I was so disappointed that I just took it home to heat in the microwave, but will never visit this Bojangles again. It was just too much for me to take it back. Especially if you lied when I asked and it was not like you didn’t have time to drop some fresh chicken, no one was there. Keep in mind I had visited there a few days ago for seasoned fries. Asked the same question, were the fries fresh and got the same answer, yes. But they were not. Fooled me first time, shame on you. Fooled me the second time, shame on me. There will NOT be a three.

Read ALL of the other reviews and just say no!!! Took FORREVA to get my order. I literally watched several people pull up behind me and receive their orders and I’m still waiting….Twenty minutes and counting. I keep being lied to about when my order will be done. Going in to get my refund.
