This used to be one of the best chick fil as you could go to in terms of quality, service, and speed. Since they’ve re opened after their renovations though, it has become one of the slowest drive throughs to get through. They did not retain almost any of their staff from before the remodel and the new staff have no idea what they are doing. I gave it a month to let them get everything back in rhythm but the store is not operating up to its standard and it is disappointing.

Since they have opened back up with the new renovations they chicken is darker. It is being cooking too long or they need to change out the cooking oil. My sandwich was dry last night. The attendants in the drive thru are too slow getting orders finished. You think the line is short but it takes too long to do an order. It was not like this before. I’m going to have to go to the mall.

Somehow managed to serve me two regular chicken sandwiches when I asked for spicy chicken sandwiches, I understand that they were busy but they put them in the spicy chicken sandwich bags, they are literally bright red. And I didn’t make a stink in the store but spicy food is sacred, I was actually pretty upset. someone from the drive thru had to come inside to help me and it only took her like 12 seconds to order me one sandwich, so she did great, the 7 people that stopped and looked at me and then ignored me were not as cool

They re-did the whole place, and maybe they’re just working out kinks…. But best to avoid until they get all those kinks worked out we had a mobile order and went through the drive-thru as the pickup spots are no longer there, (or at least not an option on the app) and we were in the line for over 40 minutes I have never waited at a chick fil à this long. Even during lunch prime time hours! Make the trip to down town auburn until they figure out how to get things moving.

It’s Chick-fil-A, what’s not to like?!?! They are always nice, my order is always right, and the food is always tasty. It may not be a fancy restaurant, but the service is impeccable and the food is consistently good. As fast food restaurants go, Chick-fil-A is Michelin class!
