We got takeout from here for the first time tonight. My wife and I shared a large calzone and we got an order of fries. The fries were great. Slightly battered and seasoned well but not too salty. The calzone was the best pizza-type dish we have had in BC. They forgot our ranch which was sad but we will be back to try the regular pizza soon.

It’s an okay place to stop and get a drink or some food. It’s right next door to a hotel so would not normally stop at a place like this for lunch. Food was good but drinks were really expensive. I got a bottle of hard tea and it was $9. That’s a bit over the top for a bottle of twisted tea. I got the street tacos and they were $12 for 4 of them so not so bad but the Cuban sandwich and fries was $15 and not even a traditional sandwich.

A local place where you can meet the actual cast of this desert gem of a town. Fun, friendly, intimate. Don’t tell too many people about it…that might ruin it. But definitely drop in. Completely worth the visit! 😉
