I waited a good 25 minutes for a shake and a corn dog. There wasn’t much cars. And I noticed the others were waited long as well. When I ordered they told me they didn’t have whipped cream for the shake and I said that was fine, after 25 minutes the girl came out and asked me the same question about the shake and I told her that I already had said that was fine so she went in and fix my shake and I still waited another 5 minutes after that. When she came out with my order she didn’t have any change and she didn’t give me any mustard for my corn dog and she said, well I’m going to go get it, and I said never mind just keep it. So after keeping my change I ended up tipping her $2, I just wanted to go home. And I waited that long because I was really craving for what I ordered. But left a little disappointed. Either they short on staff or they weren’t doing their job as they should

I was so confused as to why our shakes came out completely melted. They couldn’t have melted as we arrived five minutes after placing an online order. No… they weren’t melted. They were prepared with way too much milk. There was absolutely no resistance when putting in our straws as the “shakes” were completely liquid. If we had wanted chocolate milk we wouldn’t have ordered shakes.

I’ll not go back to this place and I’m still not even sure they are going to give me my refund can’t believe they would do this to me on my birthday none the less all the employees were outside looking at ducks as if they had never seen them before and next thing I knew 12 mins gone by I ordered 2 small shakes and a route 44 ocean water when I asked her just to for get about it she got rude with me and hung up so I had to rering the button to get another person to come outside and tell me how to get my money back they got rude too. So needless to say I’m absolutely done going here always rude and always make you sit for at least 10 minutes no matter what you ordered. I’ll just take the extra step and go to the Cartwright location!

I have ordered a cup of ice with a dead fly in it and black spots in my cup of ice.The manager named Bryan always comes back inside after smoke breaks and does not wash his hands before preparing food and drinks. I went to sonic on shepherd rd. Today (08/20/23) @9:45am , ordered coffee and breakfast toaster, when the Order arrived the girl handed me the coffee and when I grabbed the coffee the coffee went all over my car and spilled on my stomach, and burned my stomach, please secure the lid on the coffee before you hand it to the customer, I don’t appreciate getting burned by hot coffee because someone doesn’t know how to prepare a cup of coffee
