The BEST burgers I have ever had. Made fresh, have lots of flavor, many “house burger” options to choose from, friendly service… Nothing wrong about this place. This is a must-go if you are in College Station and, especially, on campus.

Maybe the draw is a good old fashioned greasy burger but I found mine to be too greasy. The smell from the outside draws you in and the taste doesn’t disappoint. Good staff and the wait isn’t bad even when they are really busy. Good selection at reasonable prices. I like that they have fries, onion rings, and tater tots. Certainly a place worth having a meal at.

The burgers are good and the wait time is much shorter than most other on-campus restaurants. But it used to be so much better before this year. When the university installed self-order kiosks in all the restaurants, it cut about half the menu items, which affected most on-campus restaurants but the Grill in particular (it no longer serves sweet potato fries or the Queen Kong, which had guac on it). The kiosks also make it more difficult to get a water cup or remove items from a burger, which is a real hassle. Everyone knows kiosks never work as well as a real person, and they’re probably using this as an excuse to pay the workers less. They’ve always been short staffed here so I see how they’re trying to fix that, but the real solution is to hire more people, not take jobs away from the people they do have

The people that work here are always nice and are always working their butts off. I get the queen Kong burger and it is delicious everytime. We need more places like this on campus because they’ve been doing it right for as long as I have been going there. TOP NOTCH especially for a campus owned restaurant.

Incredibly friendly staff and great food that isn’t too pricey. Your orders will come out REAL fast if you go during downtime.

Ordering process was very streamlined, and food was filling. The wait time is a bit long but that’s due to high demand and can’t really be helped.
