Place is gross. Never kept up with. Bathroom disgusting and trash overflowing. Food still tastes good tho. Drivethrough is impossible for large vehicles. Employees are kinda rude. Won’t help you at counter, must use kiosk. Even when I have to tell them I didn’t get my drink, they huff and puff about it.

Food was edible, if you could look past the mess they made if it. My burrito had nearly as much on the outside, as it did on the inside. Not to mention, ordered chicken & there was beef smeared all over the outside of it. The woman at the window was one of the rudest people I’ve ever experienced in the fast food world.

It seemed really unusual, but Taco Bell was ridiculously slow tonight. We waited to get service nearly 52 minutes before we were able to place an order and there weren’t even a lot of people here. They just were focusing on the drive-thru and nothing in the lobby.

Well this location doesnt have a way to exit out if you need to too start with. So when i pull in to order there only except cash which is fine but the really need to have it posted. If you cant exit the line. So customers know before they have waited 20 mins in the drive thru

Litchfield IL Taco Bell. One of the best franchised restaurants I’ve ever been to. First time at this location, but very much impressed! Nacho Fries and my Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunch were the freshest I’ve had in a long time. Hot and crispy food and tasted like it hadn’t been sitting around long! Went thru the drive thru last night got 4 soft tacos no lettuce. I park to eat and they have lettuce, no big deal I go back Thru and they hand me a receipt saying 4 tacos no lettuce, and the second round of tacos had lettuce as well. Didn’t bother up going back a 3rd time.
