We stopped here yesterday for breakfast and found the place very busy with insufficient staff. We found enough to eat at the breakfast buffet even though they were struggling to restock it after a very large group had finished. The lone waitress was really working hard and doing the best possible under the circumstances. This is a nice place and I hope management is able to improve their performance.

I should have read all the reviews before eating here. Absolutely nothing good about the experience. Hostess ignored us. Out of french fries. Out of Kabobs. Chicken Parm sandwich burnt and the sauce was cold. Bartender took our order than never came back. Another waitress scolded me and told me the bartender wasn’t a server, although he took our order, and then I mistakenly ordered onion rings to go. They had a burnt taste. Spent a few more bucks and go to the Hotel Wolf in town.

We paid over $100 for the Christmas buffet for two and it was some of the worst food we’ve ever eaten. We definitely didn’t return for seconds, and that’s a first for us. Food was cold, soggy, and beyond bland. The pastries were like pie dough. It was literally worse than your typical nursing home and on a par with typical interstate truck stops. Definitely won’t dining here again!

Don’t waste your money. The food was low quality for high prices. The server was barely present (almost 10 min between sitting down and being acknowledged). There was an ingredient in my sandwich I was allergic to that was not listed on the menu and the waitress didn’t even offer to take the item off of our bill or remake it. I’m staying at the resort and will not be spending another cent on the restaurant that is a part of it.

If I could give it a zero, I would. When you have to wait 15 mins for your starter of soup to come out, then that’s not good. We got ignored by our waiter pretty much the whole time. Our COLD sandwich and mac and cheese took 40 mins to come to our table. Horrible horrible service. Go elsewhere if you can!

If I could leave a zero I would. Waitstaff( Keli) was rude, no smile, no greeting. Food was disappointing, pizza burned on the top. Don’t waste your time. Normally I’d never review a restaurant, but owners need to know how unsatisfied people are.
