Was a good spot for lunch. Price and quality and quantity were on point. 4 of us and with two beers and two waters ( the ladies’ lol) bill was in the 60s with tip. Not bad nowadays for 4. Food was tasty with plenty of it! Friendly staff with a little language barrier, but still good. Bathrooms were awesome, I have to say. It looks like their may have been some outside seating that may be pet friendly. Not sure but I will update the review after we go back with the hound in tow. I think in lynchburg there is three of these restaurants. Not sure if the others share the same menus or have outside seating, but this one was definitely worth the visit and return visit. Check em out!

We had a memorable dinner at this La Carreta. It seemed to be a bit less crowded, and a little more quiet than some of their other locations. Meals were tasty all around. I’m voting for this to be our new “default ” LA Carreta location.

The food was ok. The staff wasn’t very friendly. As I was placing my order I paused for a minute and looked up at the waitress to finish my order to see her rolling her eyes and looking up at the ceiling. The waiter that was waiting on the booth next to us had backed up almost all the way to our table to where his behind was almost touching our table after our food was served to us. We had placed our order and 3 other family’s had come in behind us and received their food 1st.

Mexican food has always been my favorite and they have always had excellent food and service for a fair price and I like that they have a wide variety of different types of food and not just the tacos and burritos like some places but a good selection of real authentic foods that you can try and enjoy and I could eat there every single day and not get tired of it because I have always loved Mexican food best and they have a great selection of food to choose from
