I just wanted to bring to the attention of the owner that I went to this location on Sunday June 25th @ 8:37 pm and was told by the workers they were closed for the day after driving 15 minutes to get to this location. On your posted hours it says 9:00 pm and drove out to enjoy your food. Ended up wasting 30 min and no food. Really isn’t a good look for the workers and the establishment.

Honestly, this is the worst place ever. They’re not even trying. I hate posting anything unless it great but I can’t not say anything. This place is dirty, the cashier dude is rude, and he doesn’t even try. I’m done. Ono Hawaiian is much cleaner, fresher food, and better to go there instead.

Food looks amazing on the menu board, but the quality was horrible in real life. I got the number one and both meats we poor quality. I called to complain ,but immediately got an attitude. I tried to explain to “the Manager” but he didn’t want to hear it. I asked for the owner and told him I wasn’t driving back down there and he hung up on me. This images are a #1.

The guy at the cash register is the most rude people , he give an attitude all the time( I been Here a few times and e every time is the same) he answer to you so rude, don’t smile at all, if you not happy with Your job then quit period, I see a few reviews complaining about him the cashier that work in the morning is the one everyone complain about his rudeness, food is good but with that service I will never ever come back, I’m not paying to be treat bad

The nastiest chicken taste chewy not a lot of meat and the meat in there is gross wasted 40$ on this wouldn’t even give it to a dog rice was hard and Mac had no flavor if we didn’t go to the one in Fremont I would’ve gone back I’m tired I just got off work I have two kids I don’t have time to go back and forth I called to complain and they just kept me on hold for hella long I’m irritated and hungry don’t come here just cook at home

Love the food. But if you going to charge me a dollar more for two servings of macaroni salad please say it upfront instead of letting me find out when I check my receipt. I will gladly pay it because its goes with the meal but to not say anything up front upsets me.
