I used to love going to Dougies growing up, the food was always great, a fun atmosphere and overall it was just exciting. We visited on mothers day and from the moment we stepped in everything was off. We sat at the table and within 2 minutes were asked to order before even being able to look at the menu, when we informed the waiter he seemed annoyed that we didn’t know yet. Once we did finally order he was just confused by everything and didn’t quite understand what we were ordering. The blooming onion came out very bland, then once our main dishes were brought out and the side of corn on the cob rolled on the floor as the server brought it to our table and she didn’t seem to care or notice. We called the waiter over to tell him and he said he’d bring a new one out. Once we get the bill which was on his phone and not even a print out, we see we were charged for the corn two times when it wasn’t ever supposed to be a charge since it was the side dish for our entrée. After having to argue with the staff they finally made it sound like they were being nice when they removed it even though we should have never been charged.

I am a huge fan of the dougies chain. One upstate ny is ,the one in Baltimore , and the big hit is the junior combo but in the dougies in deal the potions are small and the food is not as good. Junior combo in Baltimore is about 18 and it’s a way larger portion, the one in upstate ny is 23 or 24 and large portions and in deal it’s smaller portions for $28. The junior combo usually feeds 2 people easily and the one in deal I was literally starving after splitting with a friend! I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND DOUGIES IN DEAL. THE OTHER BRANCHES ARE LITERALLY MY FAVORITE PLACE TO EAT! SHAME ON DOUGIES DEAL!!!

Very nice place to dine when looking for kosher food in the area. The food was great and delicious. The service was exceptional. The staff were very friendly. Please was not so crowded the next get I was there. Not sure about other times. But I guess you can call to see. Prices were very fair. I definitely would come here again in the future.

I came here several weeks ago for dinner with my wife. All of the food was very delicious and the food portions were extremely large. We ordered two wraps and a junior combo platter. The waiters were very helpful and quick to serve us. We both left very satisfied. Planning to return sometime again. Thank you!!

this is one of my Go to places in deal for dinner. another amazing plus is that its kid friendly with a section of the menu for kids, and the food is always great! I would recommend getting one of the Burgers, that what I usually end up with every time.

Great staff, they work fast and hard the restaurant is very busy, Kosher Food, high demand, they work very fast considering the amount of orders. Be patient because they are working some people have it Easy in Life please have patience with the hard workers in the restaurant businesses in the area with such high demands. Labor workers!
