My pizza was rushed obviously not in the oven long enough. Also had patches of cheese bottom half of our slices had no cheese. Then I call and a young man basically refused to believe they were wrong on their part said he would transfer me to a manager. And never did. I’ll NEVER spend money with them again

Everyone gives Papa John’s a bad rep. That being said they are the only delivery that comes to me. They have never been late, never messed up an order, and are open very late. I order with the app and always get great deals with either my papa points or the good deals they have running. I’ve gotten carryout and delivery and neither ever disappoints Good job PJ of Dahlonega. Also Brenden is the best PJ employee they could ask for.

Who ever just delivered to 72 Christina LN needs a raise immediately! He was so considerate for giving us more than we asked for and me and my mom are more than satisfied with what we got and everything tastes amazing!! I really wish I could have tipped more for what we got! This place is amazing with giving us great service when delivering but this blew it out of the water and I thank the sweet man for his amazing service to delivering this amazing food.

So I ordered a delivery from this store and the driver from door dash called me 3 time’s asking me directions and never found me so I call the manager that is on at this time and she proceeded to tell me because of only 1 driver they have that delivers called in and she had to use door dash that couldn’t find me so I asked for a refund which I got and anything she could do for the inconvenience and she said no I will never order from this location again very unprofessional and should seek better management

Their service is come to a all time low. Order 2 pizzas and they both have over 2″ of curst and they both we not even cut through. Called to talk to a manager his name was James. Said toppings where right..which they where. But the 2″ of curst and nothing cut through..yeah sure the lines are there but it was not completely cut. We use Papa John’s cause they the only place that will deleiver out where we live but sorry guys…I’d rather drive and pick up then pay for quality and get this.
