PRICE IS GREAT…. Food was on point. Customer service was great. The cashier had a good attitude. Your food coordinator did not bring out plates with our wings and poppers. It’s not a big deal, only that Wings are messy plates are a must. Great place to go. We will be back soon

Great food and service. Might not be the best place if you’re in a hurry. The food took a while to prepare, but it was well worth the wait. My daughter got the fried Oreos, and it was a huge plate! Four Oreos and three big scoops of ice cream.

I ordered at the store for 3 people. As I realized they were taking longer then expected, it occurred to me to look at the reviews to this joint. Boy were they disappointing to say the least. As I read the comments I realized it was the same experience I was discovering. I wish I had done my homework before eating here. Food was cold and terrible. Hope you, Mr. Owner are doing something to correct these issues and not just apologize for them.

Boy do they take long for a simple order. Everyone in front of me got their food and finished eating before my to go order was ready. Seems like they forgot about my order and the waitress had to go remind the cooks. Burger was bland even with mushrooms and an onion ring. My daughter didnt approve of the wings either.

Really great service!! Bryan is the new General Manger and he’s really doing some good things there!! Service use to be horrible and sloppy but he’s made some good changes!! If you have had a bad experience give it another chance! Will definitely come back!!

It took our food 35 minutes to get to our table. I know Wing Stop takes long but they’re busy all day. This place had 4 tables with customers and the rest were empty. Now I see why! The lady at the counter was not the friendliest and the cook was too slow. The funny part was that they have a little bucket for tips!

Worst service ever. The manager was waiting tables and answering phone orders when food would come out. So when she would get the food, food was already cold for customers. It was just two girls on the floor. What a disappointment for the first time wanting to try this place. To top it all off, it was hot and himid. Service was so slow, the girl kept going back and forth with the same person it seemed. When I asked for my money back she didn’t say anything just asked how I had paid and returned it. No apology or even how can I help you to get it right. I work in sales and do customer service and they had none of it.
