We waited 25 minutes for our order of a single burger and fries while others who ordered later got theirs. The fries were soft not crunchy and not up to five guys standards at all. We asked for more. The more they provided were the same. The burger was the worst burger I have had at a five guys. We have never been disappointed by a five guys before. We have now.

We always liked the Rehoboth Beach location until 7/4/23. After we ordered, we looked for a place to sit. I have never seen a more filthy, disgusting restaurant. Food & trash all over the floor, & a very greasy floor also. I had to ask for someone to clean tables off & clean up. Trash cans were overflowing. Waited close to 25-30 minutes for food. Just as I was going to ask for a refund, our food arrived. Very disappointed in the quality of the food & especially the overall appearance of the restaurant. The women’s bathroom was also a nightmare. We will not be eating there again.

Absolutely delicious burgers and fries! Burgers were perfectly cooked – juicy on the inside and lightly crisp on the outside. Very friendly staff and clean eat-in area. The only negative I can say is that the bathroom floor was greasy and slippery!

I love Five Guys. But this by many miles the worst Five Guys I’ve ever visited! The AC wasn’t working , more than half of fountain beverages were out, the peanuts were stale… This restaurant is very poorly run…

They have delicious hot dogs here. They often run out of hot dog buns and have to use hamburger buns. They have cold drinks available and plenty of seating inside that is air conditioned.

Holy ****, is that a dirty restaurant. Food was consistent with other Five Guys and good. I have never seen a dirtier floor, tables, handles of doors, etc.. 3pm on a Wednesday must have been the cleaning crew’s day off. Been here an hour and questioning how clean the food is that we ate bc how nasty this place is.

Mean milk shake super vanilla super thick. The milk shake filled me up by itself let alone the burger. I ate half my burger which was huge. Have some to take back to the hotel room for later. The fries were killer too. Love them with vinegar and they come super salty! Yummy! The picture of the burger was half eaten after I took two huge pieces of tomato off it.

Employee customer service was exceptional. I have eaten here several times and haven’t been disappointed. Burgers are juicy and delicious! The one thing that they could use are new chairs, as they are a tad small and low to the ground.
