if i could give this dq 0 stars, i would. i went through the drive thru and asked for an original cheeseburger with no cheese. fyi: they don’t have a normal hamburger. but what do i get? a literal cheeseburger. no pickles, ketchup, or mustard. just a burger, bun, and cheese. so i go inside the lobby to ask for a new burger with ketchup, mustard, and pickles with no cheese. they gave me a bun and a patty. a plain burger. so i had to go in a third time, for them to finally get it right. but the meat wasn’t even fresh. to top it all off, my fiancé and i got two medium s’mores blizzards. we didn’t even get halfway through the cup before all the toppings ran out. 3/4 of the cup was just ice cream. you’d think with this location being in lake stevens, it’d be great service and food. 0/10 would not recommend. horrible experience.

Yikes…almost had a heartattck! 2 – 6 piece chicken strips basket and 4 small frosties for the grandkids and it was $50.00! On a good note..they were pretty fast & the kids loved it so I guess that’s something!

This dairy queen is an exciting location. They like to sauce their chicken to the EXTREME. We had to use the bread to scrape off the extra sauce. Much like the reviews, you will either get 1 star service or 5 star service. But hey, it’s a fast food joint. We aren’t here for incredible service. The workers here are clearly doing their best, and this is a busy busy location.

They gave me my ice cream like 10 minutes before I had gotten my food. And they forgot my order so they had to ask me again what I had ordered and then on top of that, they forgot my sauce.

The food was great, and the cheese curds are one of the best-tasting fast food items I buy. Prices have gone way up since I’ve last been to a dairy queen. Seems like all the burgers are $6-$9 besides the smaller ones, sadly. Service was quick for what I ordered

Showed up at 10:02- drive through auto message played “thank you for choosing stevens dq… we are currently closed. Our hours are 10:00AM to 10:30PM.” Three cars still in front of us got food. Don’t understand why we didn’t. If I could give less than a star I would.

The food is your typical fast food burger place, expect they have some pretty tasty desserts. The place is clean and has enough seating for a small group. One thing I will say, please get rid of the thorn bush right next to the handicap parking area.
