this establishment is ghetto and hood and completely disrespectful. Their customer service skills are very poor. Today the lady at the intercom got loud and irate and cursed me for not being to hear. so i counted it out for her. “I want 1,2,3,4 biscuits” she then gets disrespectful. Service there needs help.

Whenever I called in to make an order this rude lady names Allison was being rude and said I can’t lose my job to give you potato’s instead of fries. Whenever I got there another lady said how many biscuits did you order and I said 6 and Allison said no she didn’t but whatever. She has the worst attitude. Not good with her position of costumer service. I wouldn’t go here unless you want to be treated very rudely.

Multiple bad experiences. Long waits, rude staff, incorrect orders, and poor food quality. I’ve waited over 30 minutes and was not given all food ordered. They were out of cole slaw. They put gravy on my mashed potatoes when I requested none. The milk was sour. Will not be going back and would not recommend

Wanted a white meat and a dark meat order. We were told all white meat was frozen. We had to give our order twice since most employees were standing around using their cell phones. Then they forgot to give us our drinks. Good food, just bad customer service. Night manager is a joke. 10/22/2017

Attached to a gas station and inside pass through (between restaurant and gas station) is closed off. No public restroom in the restaurant side, so you must walk outside and into the gas station to use the restroom.
