I ordered 28″ Giant Pizza for a Birthday Party and I was expecting to see 28″ Giant pizza for the kids to see such amazing pizza that size. With out notification from this East Greenwich Ronzio pizza they split the pizza into 2 small boxes. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I called Ronzio pizza and I’m still waiting to speak to the manager. I will NEVER ORDER THERE AGAIN . It is not A CHEAP pizza. CUSTOMERS BEWARE, WHEN YOU DO BUSINESS HERE.

Best garlic twists. Better than other Ronzio’s too, others always overcook theirs. This is the only one I can find that makes them perfectly. A good garlic BREADSTICK is hard to find these days. A grinder roll is NOT garlic bread ppl. Learn from EG Ronzio!!!! Still the best breadsticks in town. I have a ronzio next door and I travel 20 minutes each way just to get theirs in East Greenwich

I waited an hour for my food to get to me when I live less than 10 min down the road and when my food got to me, it’s the pizza and cheese breadsticks were extremely undercooked! Underneath was still dough colored and it tasted like I was eating dough. I’ve ordered from 2 different Ronzio’s in Warwick and we’re both delicious. I’ve also never waited an hour for delivery!

Ordered a grinder the guy charged me an extra dollar when I asked he said the printed menu was wrong its an extra dollar now, felt like a scam so they charged me the correct price after I noticed and then put mustard all over my sandwich and insisted my order had mustard, felt like retribution for not lining his pocket by that time I only had 5 minutes to eat and at 230 in the afternoon and noone here seemed like a long time to make 1 sandwich so I just ate it. I will never go back

Whoever picked up my phone call was so rude, was having a little party for my respiratory class at school and I asked for delivery and said we would wait in front of the school. The person on the phone said “No no no no, been there before not going to that trouble again, I don’t think so” AND THEN HUNG UP. HOW RUDE, please don’t order from this trash store.
