My boyfriend came to pick up our pizzas tonight and the customer service was immaculate! He came in close to close and the employees did not seem to mind. They had a wonderful conversation and they insured the quality of our pizza was great! Best customer service we’ve received on the West Side!

It’s what you expect from a dominos servers are kind and respectful but I did had to ask her what she said two times so she could speak up a little bit more it would be perfect but she was kind and patient and for the pizza place itself it was pretty clean pizza took 10 min to come on out of the oven and it was just made so over all a really good experience. 5/5

Unfortunately way understaffed. I placed an online order for pick up on Sunday. It said it would be great in 45 minutes. I show up after an hour and there’s only 2 people working there butts off. I walk up to the counter and ask how long of a wait. She tells me there’s 10-15 orders in front of me. Kindly she says we’ll make yours since you’re here. They make the wrong order and try and give it to me. Long story short, I waited another hour to get my 4 items I ordered. The employees were working non stop. This is just poor management on a busy football Sunday.

Was decent up till today – 3 stars worthy. Can’t expect too much for budget pizza. This store now upped their minimum delivery to be 19.99, 20 cents more than their 2 for $5.99 deal + tax + delivery. Ridiculous… After picking up my pizzas and driving home, I discovered a massive amount of grease dripping out of a corner (the back right corner shown in the photo) of the box onto my car seat. Luckily I noticed it before it had time to absorb into my seat. This is the greasiest pizza I’ve ever seen. At least this is the only time I’ve had such a negative experience….
