Pizza-Hut is always are go-to place for pizza and have not been disappointed taste-wise. It’s just that when I go to pick up my pizza after ordering online, only sometimes, the front would show me what’s inside to make sure that my order is correct. I wish they would do it more often, preferably every time I order something. And our recent experience wasn’t the best. The dough was raw on the inside. I was thinking about taking it back, but it was late so I just decided to cook it again in our oven. Didn’t taste as good, but what could I do.

I called and placed a carry out order and Rita was happy to help me. Very friendly. Pam my niece works at that store and says she loves it there. DeeDee delivered two very hot pizzas at the Pep Boys across the street. She was very nice and friendly. I had chose delivery due to my car being repaired and I am disabled. I shared the pizza with the mechanics and they said it was delicious and appreciated my generosity. Just Pay it Forward I say. Everyone was happy and so was I. Thank you Pizza Hut for not letting me down. I will be sure to order from that certain store again. The staff was great. You ROCK!

Ok, this pizza was supposed to have extra mushrooms, OMG! One slice had a sliver on the whole pizza! This was a disgraceful!! Five topping really! Pizza hut used to be great! Now, I Will Never Order There AGAIN!!!! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!! And Haley the manager, rude, argumentative to me! Didn’t let me speak! I will NEVER, EVER Order again!

On the BBB website an every pizza hut has the same “F” , yet This is the worst location I’ve ever experienced. Pizza was undercooked and had the bear minimum of toppings. What’s the point of ordering extra toppings (and paying for it) if it’s going to be skimpy on top of skimpy. Even after politely speaking to a manager (everyone knows you don’t pass off those who prepare your food) nothing changed. My pizza was not made over and she (the manager) hung up on me. We literally could have gotten sick and she could care less. The days of proper customer service is over! They fill these places with people who could care less about others just to continually take money from hard working people who just wanted a brake with a pizza. Smh IF YOU CAN HELP IT PICK ANYOTHER LOCATION THEN THIS ONE ON ANN AND SIMMONS

I use to order from here so often but they stopped cutting the pizza all the way through. Its very annoying having to rip pizza apart and have half the toppings fall on the floor. Well decided to order from here again tonight… well tonight they didn’t cut the pizza at all. Acted like they had never heard of any of the dinner boxes before. Made me go outside and order online. Store blocks cell signal somehow. Refused to give Parmesan or red pepper without charging extra fees. Employees unfriendly. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Every. Time. I go here there’s an issue. I literally had to call the store while standing in the lobby to get somebody to bring me my pizza that was ready. The kid that helped was nice enough but he said all his coworkers were “hiding in the back room”. Won’t be going back.✌
