We stopped at the B-side on our way out of town. They were quick and convenient and delicious. The menu had a little something for everyone, and the breakfast sandwiches were delicious. Both of my kids got pastries, and they said they were very yummy. It was a great little stop for the whole family.

I’m not an entitled tourist, I’m a local who lives on Massanuten and I’ve been coming to the Cafe nearly every morning for breakfast for the past several years. The pastries and deserts that roll over from B Side are the highlight of the morning. From the cookies, to cinnamon buns to my favorite, the Apple turnovers. Sweet and tart and savory. I feel so fortunate and lucky to call both Thunderbird and it’s sister B Side, not just my local eatery, but home. The food is fantastic, the ambiance is wholesome and friendly. The B-Side is our weekend must. We go every weekend. Staff is friendly with with a smile on their face. Food is made to order so always hot and fresh. Our favorite is the Advocado Toast! My son LOVES the pretzel bites. If you go early enough they are still warm! Whenever we have ventured out from our normal Advocado Toast we have never been disappointed!

We were told by us our food would be ready in 10 minutes, 30 minutes later still ll no food or drinks. When we received our drinks they were not correct. We were then told our food would be ready in 5-10 minutes, 10 minutes later they were just getting ready to start our order. The staff very dismissive and off putting to their customers. After 55 minutes of waiting, we received mediocre food that was thrown together. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, because it will likely be 10 times the amount of time they tell you. Extremely disappointing!

Told us our food would be ready in 10 minutes, we’ve waited 45 minutes and counting. I understand it’s busy because it’s Mother’s Day; however the customer service is also subpar and underwhelming. Definitely won’t be eating here again, if I even get to eat this time. Who knows, I’m still waiting.
