Tried to call in order and a guy hung up on me, I called back and was placed on hold so long my husband just went up there and I hung up after he reached restaurant. The fried chicken was seasoned great and do yourself a favor and get double yams. Please pass on the spaghetti and cheese aka Mac and cheese ( I guess they said it’s a pasta) but it’s flavorless and lacking in cheese. Check your order before you leave my husband found out the hard way. I asked for extra yams they gave me a plate of extra pasta and sauce aka Mac and cheese. My husband did love the smothered turkey necks.

I’m going to tell you right now I love the food the yams macaroni and potato salad freaking delicious I love the fried and stewed chicken being right around the corner from my place of business very convenient call in the order most of the time it’s waiting for me when I get there but if it’s not no more than a couple of minutes and it’s hot to the point where I have to let it cool off to eat it I’m in there a couple of times a week and the young man that works there knows me by name and very respectful I really recommend this place.

Food was horrible ! I’m done supporting certain businesses! How hard is it to make edible food. Yams and corn was amazing nice hot and pipping! I would eat those yams everyday if I could. HOWEVER! The meat sauce &nsphegatti was horrible tasted like it came straight out of a can the worst part was it was cold and watery and the meatballs both were raw and undercooked in the inside. Me and my toddler couldn’t eat. Uber eats didn’t even want give me my money back for food that was raw and that I couldn’t eat. When I say I’m so done. Trying new restaurants. Trying to support my black businesses . Take it from me with anything in life if you have a bad first experience never experience it AGAIN. Two stars only for the yams

Food is delicious. Sometimes the workers aren’t as pleasant maybe they’re tired. I forgot a drink from an online order No one called to tell me they forgot to give it to me. So I lost that money. Other than that the food is always good.

All-in-all food had a good flavor and the following times I went there the portion I can buy I can buy a side of yams with an additional yam and it still wouldn’t equal 1 for my anniversary my wife decided she wanted Ms because the restaurant that she wanted to try was close normally wouldn’t be a problem and thanking the food had been pretty decent I thought I would get a smothered turkey gravy rice with two sides note that I am a retired Chef that could have made this Easley although the flavors was good it failed miserably they gave me a plate of gravy and meat so instead of getting a smothered turkey I received a turkey gumbo never again happy anniversary to me thank you sitting here with a protein shake

I ordered the catfish plate sides were candy yams and mac and cheese w/roll. The catfish was crispy, yams sweetness was just right, mac and cheese was good. This plate filled me right up for lunch. I’ll definitely come again.
