Never knew about this place until tonight but was looking for something along the small plate line. We had a great evening, sitting on the patio. Very nice by the glass wine selection, a delicious Douro and a very nice Albariño paired nicely with the garlic shrimp and the pork belly. The croquettes weren’t exactly what I’d expected but were still good. Service was excellent, providing a pillow for my 90 year old mom and turning down the (very nice) music a tad. Highly recommended. Was far to empty for what they are offering. Go to this place — it’s v good!

Tables were small. We didn’t like the food but I didn’t ask for anything to be comped. Small portions, the lunch specials were listed on the menu but no longer available. 2 people, no Alcohol was 50.00 without tip. Pork belly was cold but we just wanted to leave as there was nothing we wanted to replace it. Gage was our waiter and he was super nice. Ives had pits in them and were so small u couldn’t eat them because of the pits. Best part was the tomato toast.

My fiancé and I were in the Winchester area and enjoy dining out often. We couldn’t wait for the opportunity to dine at Kasbah. The menu is small but full of many tasty and healthier options. The small plates are large enough for sharing. The twist on Spanish Moroccan cuisine was genius. We ordered pretty much most of the menu offerings and left with our plates clean. The management, service and offerings here are impeccable. May I also mention that they make an incredible Moroccan mojito. I’m already thinking about our next visit to Kasbah.

Only one visit here so far but it was enjoyable. The prices were good, but obviously with tapas, the potions are not going to be enormous. I think we ordered 8 items – of which 2 were great, 4 were fine, and 2 were not good. That’s a pretty average return overall, but the place was new and I am willing to extend a little grace for growing pains. Service was attentive, but the wine and beer list left a lot to be desired – would love to see some more interesting and adventurous wines to pair with the tapas.

My partner and I decided to check out the new moroccan small plates restaurant on the walking mall. We had such a great time. We sat on the cushions and pillows on the floor in the front window and had cold plates and hot plates. All were excellent, especially their hummus and baba ghanouj with flatbread. We tried their shrimp, chicken and beef (meatballs) plates, and it was all superb. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy with traditional Moroccan decor. The service was excellent. The waiter was humorous and informative. We will definitely be back. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention their baklava was “chef’s kiss” delicious!

I’ve been to Kasbah multiple times and each time I went the food is simply amazing, the cocktails are wonderfully made by Webster who was also my server and my wife enjoyed 3glasses of Sangria. Websters recommendations are always spot on and he excels at explaining each dish and wine. Excellent service by that young man. You will not find another great Tapas restaurant like this in Winchester. I highly recommend and I can’t wait to come back.

A Spice Below the Horizon
Absolutely fantastic! What a great experience. Every dish was authentic, made fresh, and tasted amazing. Webster our waiter was very helpful, explained each dish and his wine recommendations were perfect. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Moreover, this restaurant is spotless! Very clean! I will definitely go back with friends!

My favorite restaurant in Winchester. Most authentic Spanish/Moroccan cuisine I’ve found in the US. I‘ve spent some time in Andalusia and dining at Kasbah restaurant always takes me back to wonderful memories. The interior is wonderful and service and food is excellent.
