Overall very fast, courteous service, and delicious! Cashier helped me find what I wanted on the menu because this was my first time ordering. Sandwich was done even before I had finished getting my receipt, even though it was a special! The sandwich was amazing. Truly amazing! I normally hate cold sandwiches and especially mayo, but I’m so glad I gave it a shot. The mayo amount was totally reasonable and complimented the sandwich. Worth the price.

Jimmy John’s whole marketing scheme revolves around fast delivery and it’s clearly not a priority here. Ordered 50 mins ago from a store 3 mins away so I could catch up on work during my lunch break. Now my breaks nearly over, still no sandwich. Second time now, and the last. The food is fine.

Freaky Slow!! I typically order maybe 1x week, and everytime they get slower and slower. I ordered online, an hour ahead, waited 1.5hrs and still no order. My lunch hour was wasted, cancelled my order… very disappointed in this location. Getting worse everytime. There’s other shows in town, so they’ll be getting my business from now on. ✌

I order from Jimmy John’s at least once a week from my office. Whether I’m ordering for 1 person or everyone in the office, our order is always here in less than 10 minutes. Today it was here in 5 minutes! How insane is that?! Like, I know that’s their slogan and all but they’re seriously FREAKY FAST! I have never had a bad order from here. The sandwich was good, but the customer service was awful. It was my very first time trying this place and even ordering on their app. I walk in there and I’m not even greeted. Three girls working and they just stare at me, I say that I have a mobile order to pick up and one of the ladies said “It’s right there in front of you.” in a nasty attitude. I don’t think I will be going back until the girl who wears bright blue eye shadow is no longer there. Not the way to treat a customer.
