Delicious food. The salt and pepper lobster was amazing. We also had fried rice, vermicelli noodles, snow pea tip leaves, walnut shrimp, and flounder. Everything was delicious and you get huge portions. I can’t believe it took me this long to try this place. I am definitely coming back.

Malay tofu here is super good! We came here to try their popular fried squid but seems like not as good as others talking about. But the duck noodle and Malay tofu was a bomb here. Overall experience here is fun and enjoyable. Food is good. So why not stop by 🙂

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place was disgusting. The food, horrible. The service, terrible. To give some context, I came at 10 pm ish to get some good Chinese food and when seated, we immediately saw a COCKROACH. It was disgusting and it was so disturbing. My appetite was immediately turned off. We asked to be seated in a different table and they did. Later, when our food came, the waiter wrote down the wrong order. We ordered “fun” (rice noodles) but the waiter heard “fan” (rice). So instead of getting what I actually wanted, we were forced to eat fried rice. When asked to take it back, the waiter said it wasn’t “his fault” that he heard wrong. So rude. The food was mediocre and the fried rice we were forced to eat wasn’t even good. A Black couple came in the restaurant while we were eating and I could overhear the owners discuss on where to place them since they didn’t want to serve them. I wanted to leave as soon as possible.

This is one of the popular Chinese restaurant in the area near BU. Not only because the reasonable price and the portion of the food; the quality of the Cantonese style dishes make me a return customer. Like I mentioned, the relatively large portion are welcome especially for the college student. One dish I want to mention is the fried rice, if you want to understand “Wok Hay” by Uncle Roger, try it yourself.

Best option is the $78 for two, including lobster, garlic chickens, roast pigeon, vegetable, soup and rice.

This fish is so fresh and tender. Def recommend this to anyone wanting to try fresh fish. The stir fried beef noodles are so tasty too!

We ordered a lot of meat chicken shrimp and everyone enjoyed. All of these are well cooked. 糯米鸡 was chicken filled with rice which was new to me. Pigeon was nice we ordered two and finished them. Fish was fresh too. The only thing matters might be that it is a little expensive.

Don’t overlook this Cantonese seafood hideout by its unassuming frontage on the Commonwealth Ave. Besides a lack of natural light on the inside, you’d find everything you want from an authentic Chinese diner that’s perfect for friends’ gathering or a day-to-day cafeteria.
