My friend led me with excitement, and Kat served us with friendly rapport. I simply had baked chicken, mashed taters and gravy, and green beans because I love them, but there were MANY more comfort foods offered. Tasty and SO MUCH in each portion! I just relocated here after 30 years in Florida. After 30 years of chain restaurants, artisan food, and something called tapas, it felt great to get some good Ole, stick to your ribs, southern cooked food. In my first week, I’ve been there 3 times in two different locations. The menu changes daily and I’ve had something different each time. Each dish has been outstanding. Each side has been outstanding. If you’re from the south, and have ever eaten at your grandmother’s house, that’s what this feels like. Plus, you can get a full meal, a meat and two sides, for under $10 dollars. If you want some fancy over priced food, this isn’t the place for you. If you want some good southern food, then stop by
