I’ve dealt with the horrible attitude/service from this place for a while now. But I am totally done after years of going there. This place has gotten nasty over the years. The other day as approach the window, it was obvious that this lady could possibly give me some trouble just the way she looked at me when I said, “how are you (silence/stare)?” I clearly told the young lady I would like 3 orders. She gave me only 2. So when I asked her for another one because I initially ordered 3. She looked at me and rolled her eyes to look at the other lady. I asked her did she not want to take my order. She looked at me and slammed the chicken box on the counter then went to get my chicken. I told her nevermind, I don’t want anything from here.

I get there 2 hours before it’s closing time and try to order the 10pc spicy legs and thighs and after being the only vehicle in line and at the window for about 10 minutes they open the window ask what I wanted just to tell me they was out of dark chicken and all spicy chicken…really you not cooking anymore chicken two hours before you close. Very disappointed

I tried the drive through and could barely understand the young lady taking the order. Mostly a series of grunts and noises. When I got to the window, she uttered something that sounded like she was asking for payment. I paid by credit card and waited for my order. And waited for my order. And waited for my order. After about 10 minutes waiting at the drive through window, she opened it and through a bag at me. The three piece, all white meat order with fries and coleslaw consisted of three pieces of unrecognizable pieces of chicken, a dried out, rubbery biscuit, coleslaw and NO fries. The drink that came with it was a solid cup of ice with a little diet Coke waived over it. I’d recommend AGAINST this Church’s.

You don’t ever get a receipt for the charges, information about the FOOD is not correct. I love this chicken & tenders but the people running it do not have knowledge about the product they sell. Even worse they charge whatever & can’t produce a receipt. They try to pacify you by giving you lip service or extra food. I’m appalled at this behavior in Orange, TX. Where are the corporate people in charge of these individuals who can’t run the business as well as West Texas does….we are shocked by this behavior. Undercover boss where are you???

This place is ran by a nice manager name mr . Louis and the place is well kept very clean inside & so are the dishes they serve out of , i observed this place with my own eyes . I ordered a 3 PC mixed and was charged for that but received a 2 PC. Mixed. The chicken was good, but I could not go back and let them know because I live in Houston, and was on the interstate when I realized the order was wrong.
