Update: Said I would never order from them again but did today 11/23/2022. Pizza ordered at 7:45 done and out of the oven at 8:11 and delivered at 9:16. Again, I’m not sure of the problem but it doesn’t matter. Don’t order from them. Trust me, you will be disappointed. I feel bad for the owner and the people who work there. Going to be an even longer time again before getting dominoes. Horrible!

Don’t order from them! They will say “everyone is ordering right now!” 2 hours later still won’t get your order. Ask for a supervisor he asks for your order ….then the employee comes back on the phone giving excuses. Supervisor is a joke poorly managed business fire him now 8/10/23.

Rebekah and Lexi are the best !!! I love to stop here for my Chk Spinach Alfredo pizza. Out of all the Domino’s this one is my favorite. I live two counties away but when i am in Huntsville this is my store to come to. Always fast and super friendly service. Lexi usually takes my order and it’s never wrong. Both ladies are kind when I sit in and make sure I am taken care of and my order is perfect.

Seriously one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I order the 16 wings and added two extra ranch cups. I was only given the two extra ranch cups and told that when you order wings it doesn’t automatically come with ranch. I asked a simply question and this employee says” I just work here ” and slammed the drive through window all rude in my face because I asked a simply question. If this how domino’s allows their employees to treat people then I’ll never eat here again. And thanks for the cold chicken wings

Ordered a pizza for pickup on the way home from work. As I walked into the store no one greeted me, no one asked if they could help me — in fact an employee walked up to the counter and looked at me like she wished that I wasn’t there and said nothing to me — I had to tell what I was there for. Seemed strange. My pizza was a typical Dominos pizza, you know what you’re getting.

I arrived today 06/26/23 at the store to order and the lady who prepares the pizza told me to wait a few minutes and she kept working and she spent a lot of time and I told her that she took my order and she never did and until another worker came out and He attended me, lousy service. Talk about skimping on the toppings. One of the worst pizzas I’ve had. This was supposed to be a steak and jalapeño medium thin crust pizza. If I wanted a cheese pizza I would’ve ordered one. Whoever the manager is, I hope you retrain your employees on how to make a pizza properly with the right amount of toppings. I won’t be coming back to this store unless they make up for this debacle of a so-called pizza.

Ordered pick up tonight on 27 Jan 23 ; got to the restaurant and was told my order wasn’t there even spelled it out to the cashier at the window.” Nope, no order here Sir “ I drove home in frustration I lost money and no food to show for it. Called the store again and now they have my order. I asked the manager Angela if she could send my order to my residence for the troubles and being that it’s an employee discrepancy. The answer was “No” but I can get a store credit next time I order. ( mind you I received no email, or any kind of proof to show I can use this store credit next visit.) Smh…. This is how you treat Veterans truly sad.
