Got a Cuban torta. There’s a lot going on in here, but is Delicious with a capital Bomb. This thing is big, football size big. Two sober people can split this and be satisfied, but not me. I’m a dog. Ate the whole thing. Should’ve got dessert.

Foods always good quality at affordable prices. Worked in Mexican restaurants in California and Fort Washington this is definitely an authentic Mexican taqueria. Favorites are the carnitas tacos, chicken haurache, Sopes, and the chicken chimichanga. Don’t understand how the reviewer Ashley couldn’t comprehend someone who speaks Spanish not understanding what she was trying to say, one look at her other reviews and you can see what a gem of a person she is.

As a Mexican American, born and raised in Southern California, I am always on the lookout for quality Mexican food. Living on the east coast, and in Southeastern Pennsylvania in particular, this is difficult. Good, authentic Mexican food is extremely rare, so finding this place was a real joy.

I tried to give this place a chance as a new business but I will definitely have to take my business back to El Limon. The first time I came here all I wanted was a chicken quesadilla and it took over 30 mins to get. The second time I tried a shrimp quesadilla and the service was quick but the food was so bland and the shrimp was rubbery with no seasoning. The third and final time I ATTEMPTED to call in an order and they kept playing around on the phone as if they didn’t understand me and again all I wanted was one thing to order. I love giving small businesses/ new businesses a chance but when the quality and service is poor I can’t let that go. I hope they read this review and take into consideration what they need to do to provide better service for everyone.

Great little place! Very cute, super clean, friendly staff, and food was AMAZING (minus the Guacamole – wasn’t terrible, just not terrific). Corn tortillas, hands down, the best I’ve ever had!

Our food was delicious. We sat outside which was nice. Our server took awhile to come out to take our order, didn’t write anything down, forgot all our little extra things we asked for and never came back to check in us. These are the little things that are important.

Been going here more often than I care to admit. Just everything you expect from a no frills Mexican restaurant. Food has good flavor and I’ve been loving the tacos. Chimichangas have been a big hit in the house. Prices more than fair. Great add to the Ambler scene.
