I usually have no issues with this pizza hut, but my last order sucked. It was an hr late, and when it did come, it was delivered to the wrong address. I was on hold for 25 min trying to fix the issue, the manager on duty didn’t wanna talk, he got on the phone like 3 min. Then left the call up to the csr that had no clue what he was doing. I had a choice of a refund, or redelivery. I chose the refund but in actuality, I should have gotten both. I used to work for pizza hut and I don’t remember customer service being like this.

If you walk in and order, they will have your pizza ready in 15 to 20 minutes. This gives you enough time to go get gas or grab something at the grocery store across the street and by the time you’re done your pizza is done. It’s always fresh and the people are very nice. Just be prepared that they are aways very busy at least that’s what it is when I’ve come in. Also they a super fast at delivery however I live less than a mile away. We you do go in to order or just pick up you save some money for no delivery fee.

Had some pizza delivered to my home from this store, when I received it the pizza was completely destroyed it had been flipped over on itself. I also found multiple hairs in my cinnamon sticks which was absolutely disgusting!! 0/10 I will never eat here again.

When someone orders light sauce on their pizza, that means less than full sauce but more than no sauce. I got bread and cheese that was dry as hell. I mean how hard is it to do that? I guarantee it’s the same people trying to demand 18$ for minimum wage but can’t make the difference between light sauce and regular sauce. For 21$ this is unacceptable.

The employees at the Gem Lake Road Pizza Hut Express are always helpful and professional and our order is always delicious. I arrived to pick up my order curbside well in advance of when it was expected to be ready. An employee made a special trip out to give me my receipt and let me know that he was aware that I had already arrived and to let me know that my order would be out just as soon as it came out of the oven. He didn’t HAVE to make that special trip, but he did and it was awfully nice of him to do so. Wish I had caught his name so that I could compliment him in this review.

Very unsatisfied with this location. I ordered delivery and received my order wrong. Molly the manager on duty was very rude and would not fix the problem. She told me that I had to take food away from my children and bring it back to the store. I will not order anything from this store on gem lake rd in Amarillo Texas again
