First time in a new restaurant in Fort Oglethorpe. Burgers and other food was good. But service was self-serve. Restaurant floors and tables were dirty. Also, outside parking lot and sidewalks were trashed and dirty. Looked like an old fast food location, Not a New Place of business. Drink system was not fully functional. No matter what size drink you got, you were given a canned drink to fill your cup. NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION !

The fries were burnt. The melt burger was literally so dry and had no sauce or flavor. They have ONE bathroom. Its super packed with little to no space. Super loud and annoying. You wait 10-15 minutes for your terrible cardboard food. Only redemption is the fry sauce which I just found out is only ketchup and mustard… Im sure the icecream isnt bad but it is SO expensive for VERY little so of course I didnt get any.

Haley and everyone is very friendly and polite, food is served quickly , it’s clean and decorated very nicely, and the rewards program is great. There are no employees that talk too low to hear and act like they wish they were anywhere but here. The hands down best fast food experience anywhere bar none.

I can not brag enough on the staff and food!! We called asking about a wait time for a party of 20. We were greeted with a come on and a smiling face and great service the whole time. Tammy went above and beyond to walk us through all of the many options you could have with burgers, custard, and shakes. I had the strawberry cheesecake custard and was not disappointed at all! With a group of 20 we had our phone within 10 minutes and it was hot and fresh! Come see these great people!

The Sear and Char on this Steakburger was excellent. I upsized .30 and upgraded my side to Onion rings . 1.00 very reasonable. Also ordered the Chili Cheese Dog for 5.49 great flavor. And the dog was oversized on the bun , excellent All Beef dog. However, it was a bit mangled. ( the Bun ) This i realize was a grand opening. I hope the Grill operators were locals and not shipped in just for the grand opening, so the initial quality is maintained. Their specialty dipping sauces are a must try , as well as the Cholua hot sauce. I have the garlic oil infused hotsauce of the same brand at home great on omelets. The Chocolate Custard single Scoop was rich and attention getting. 2.89 Overall, our experience was more than satisfactory.

The fries, and curds were delicious! Employees were friendly in the drive thru. However, my patty melt was covered in very burnt onions which made the whole burger taste burnt! I would have rather have them be left off than get these! I will try them again though because the other stuff was good!

Top notch! Great burgers. Nice patties with perfectly crispy edges. The onion rings are awesome. They have a jalepeno fry sauce that is great on anything. They have a good selection of frozen custards and toppings. The place was very clean and the staff are very hospitable and helpful. I will definitely be returning.
