I was so disappointed in the taste of the food…Hardee’s is about one of the only places who knows about and offers low carb burgers…they used to be amazing! Hot burger..semi crisp bacon a nice thickness fresh tomato…I recd floppy bacon a sad little tomato at bottom of burger with a burger that made think I could have spent the $50 and bought Chinese for my family. The service was good employee was kind and efficient but that’s all I can say about it.

Very poor service. Double Sausage egg and cheese biscuit was so salty I could hardly eat it. The regular sausage egg and cheese was fine. It’s the employees that were rude and disrespectful. That got the one star. Like their logo ⭐.

I don’t believe I have ever seen a restaurant anymore determined to shut itself down. After sending all of their dine in patrons to McDonald’s and Waffle House due to its lobby being closed more than open, I asked for a refill on our iced teas this morning and was met with this the following. We not “spose” to do no refills, but “ goone “ do it this time for you. This , like they are doing me a favor!!! I suppose their reasoning behind this is Covid, but literally makes no sense at all. If you are that worried about germs maybe you should offer a new cup ! I must have bought a dozen or so Hardee’s restaurants equipment in the late 80’s and 90’s when they first went bankrupt due to poor customer service. Apparently the franchise owners must not think it can or will happen again. I am still in the food equipment business here in Lucedale, so please call me when you close the doors and I will make an offer for all your used equipment!

I’d give negative stars if I could. Only person in line at drive thru and no one inside. I pulled up to speaker and was told to hold! Hold for what? She finally asked my order! took 3 min to confirm , got to window and she got my $ and said an you pull around to front she dropped your meat in the floor! There was no one behind me no one inside!!!! Why make me pull all the way around? Now the good part… i got my burger and opened I up, the patty had boils all over! Like tiny little bubbles that could be popped!!! I went from hungry to sick. This Hardee’s in Lucedale is a disgrace!

Love Hardee’s Burgers and the staff is nice. This location has great hospitality and Adam the cook even cares enough to come make sure you get what you oanticipated was going to be on the sandwich. My buns are never soggy at this location.

Had the worst experience at hardees in lucedale ms, ..worst than I’ve ever had in my life any where. I won’t go in to full details but next time it will be different..only reason for 1 star is because it wouldn’t let me leave a ZERO .
